How it works, step by step.
No jargon and no big commitment. You start with a short audit, get a plan, and only build what’s worth building.
Four steps. You choose how far to go.
Every step ends with something useful, so you can stop at any point.
01
Audit
We talk through how your business runs day to day: where enquiries come in, how you quote and invoice, and what you end up chasing. We look at the tools you already use and find the two or three jobs costing you the most time or money.
YOU’LL NEED
A conversation, and a look at the tools you already use.
YOU GET
A clear picture of where your time and money go.
02
Plan
You get a plain-English report on what to automate first, what each thing should cost and what it could save. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job better, we say so. You can act on the plan yourself, or ask us to build it.
YOU’LL NEED
Time to read the report and ask questions.
YOU GET
A written plan with priorities and rough costs.
03
Build
If you want us to, we build the first piece using tools you already have, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero and WhatsApp Business. Where nothing fits, we build a small custom tool. You decide what goes out on its own and what waits for your OK.
YOU’LL NEED
Someone who’ll use it and give honest feedback.
YOU GET
Something working in your business, and a short guide to it.
04
Support
Automations need looking after. We can maintain what we build, fix things when a tool changes, and adjust it as your business does. It’s optional, and we agree it up front.
YOU’LL NEED
To tell us when something changes.
YOU GET
Ongoing help, if you want it.
What we need from you.
Honest answers about how things work today
The audit only helps if it reflects what really happens, including the messy bits.
Someone who owns it afterwards
If nobody will look after it, we build support into the deal so it doesn’t quietly stop working.
A process that’s reasonably settled
If you’re still working out how a job should be done, we’ll help you sort that first.
When we’ll say no.
Not every job needs building. Here’s when we’ll tell you to do something else.
A good off-the-shelf tool already does it
We’ll recommend it and charge for the setup, connecting it up and training, not for building something you don’t need.
The process isn’t stable yet
Fix the process first. Automating a messy process just makes the mess faster.
Nobody will own it
If you can’t maintain it, ongoing support has to be part of the deal.
Ownership is unclear
We agree up front who owns the code and the data, and what happens if we part ways.
